3. Payments & Pricing
All prices are quoted in INR unless stated otherwise. Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or other modes as agreed. A non-refundable advance may be required to initiate a project.
4. Project Timelines
Timelines are estimated based on project scope, requirements, and client inputs. Delays caused by client-side changes, feedback, or approvals may impact the original timeline.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, code and materials created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables as per agreement will be transferred to the client.
6. Revisions & Feedback
We include a defined number of revisions as per the agreed scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
7. Support & Maintenance
Post-delivery support is provided as per the agreed terms or maintenance package. Support does not include changes outside the original scope.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms. In such cases, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We require an advance payment to start the project. Milestone-based payments are defined as per the project scope, and final payment is due upon delivery.
